Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of a system engineer? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) at the High Lift & Hydraulic Systems department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Bremen
Start: 01.06.2017
Duration: 3 months
Afterwards there is the possibility for writing a final thesis, upon agreement with the department.

As an intern you will acquire an in-depth insight into the High Lift & Hydraulic Systems department. This team is in charge of developing and sustaining the system architecture of hydraulic and high-lift systems for Airbus commercial aircrafts for the whole product lifecycle. This perimeter covers the system layout, performance, integrity, safety, certification and requirements for physical integration.

Aufgaben

Your exciting tasks:

  • Analysis of a hydraulic modelling
  • Testing of numerical stability with MATLAB/ Simulink of the hydraulic modelling
  • Study of real time modelling with MATLAB/ Simulink
  • Analysis of hydro-mechanical and thermal model Integration
Qualifikation

You offer:

  • Enrolled student within Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering or similar field of study
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and thermodynamics/ thermal transfer is desired
  • Excellent knowledge of MATLAB/ Simulink
  • English: fluent
  • German would be a plus

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
